We have over 60 lots, all surrounded by the trees and mountains characteristic of the Bras-du-Nord Valley. Lots designed for your projects

Most of our lots offer 10,000 sq ft or more. You also have the option of combining several lots to achieve the ideal size for building your cottage project in an exceptional natural setting. This approach allows for great flexibility in landscaping and adapts to each buyer's unique vision.

To give you a concrete example, our lots start at around $4 per square foot, depending on available services and location. Therefore, it's possible to consider purchasing a lot starting at approximately $40,000. Some lots already have utilities, while others allow you to add services as your project progresses, offering you considerable investment flexibility.
